She prides herself in her technique having trained with some of the masters of the profession all over the world, and continutes to learn and hone her skills so that she can better serve her community.

Meeting with Dr. Kara for your first visit will include a thourough health history, consulation, and chiropractic exam. It’s an opportunity for her to learn about your spine and nervous system’s current state, and your health goals. This is your longest visit. She wants to make sure you are in the right place to get the care you need.

Dr. Kara has over 17 years of experience serving Barrie and the surrounding area, now living and also serving chiropractic in Horseshoe Valley.

She strives to provide an exceptional experience from the moment you walk through our door. Each person is met with authenticity and a desire to help them achieve greater health.

I have been seeing Dr. Kara for a number of years, and I especially see her more frequently during the golf season. The reasons I see Dr. Kara, is because I spend a lot of time at my computer doing paperwork, and I need to be adjusted to help avoid headaches, neck/shoulder/back pain. The second and very important reason for getting adjusted regularly during golf season; it allows me to get full range of motion with my golf swing and considerable distance on my swing.
